Spring Ridge Cottage is nestled on the hillside on Pandora Avenue in the Spring Ridge section of the Fernwood neighbourhood of Victoria.  Nearby is the Belfry Theatre, the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria Government House whose lovely gardens are open to the public from sunrise to sunset and historic Craigdarroch Castle, built by the controversial 19th century coal baron, Sir Robert Dunsmuir.  You might have seen the castle in movies such as Little Women or on Famous Castles of America.

Downtown Victoria is a ten to fifteen minute walk or under a 5 minute drive or bike ride.  The bus for downtown stops right at your driveway.  Downtown, you can enjoy the Royal BC Museum, the beautiful inner harbour, the Parliament Buildings of British Columbia, the National Geographic Imax Theatre, the Empress Hotel (for high tea), and lots of wonderful sights and shops.  Restaurants and pubs abound!

From Highway 1  proceed south to Johnson Street.  From Highway 17 (Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal) proceed south to Fort Street  and turn left.  From the MV Coho terminal or the MV Princess Marguerite terminal proceed east to Douglas Street and north to Johnson Street and turn east on Johnson Street Proceed east to Fernwood Road.   Turn left (north) and proceed to Pandora Avenue.   Turn left (west) and Spring Ridge Cottage is the third door on the right (1330 Pandora).
